Then you'll dig into biblical marriage: what it looked like across the Old and New Testaments, which is considerably messier than the tidy one-sentence summary most people were handed. You'll spend time with sin: what the concept actually means in its biblical context, how it's been distorted, and what a more honest framework might look like. And you'll look at how women are portrayed across Scripture, from the texts themselves to the centuries of interpretation piled on top of them.
